Aromatic Profile: This chocolate has a typical flavor derived from the Amelonado variety of organic and Fair cocoa beans from the CECAQ 11 cooperative on São Tomé Island. When bitten into, it reveals flavors of candied fruits followed by subtly aniseed caramel and spice notes. It is intense, smooth, and creamy. It offers a beautiful complexity of flavors, exceptional sweetness, a lingering taste, and a very slight bitterness, making it a great seducer. It pleases everyone!
