We zijn heel trots om jullie aan te kondigen dat onze nieuwe tablet 85% cacao Pure Origin Peru beschikbaar is! Na een lange periode opzoekingswerk hebben we samen en rechtstreeks met onze Peruviaanse producenten het ideale chocoladerecept geselecteerd waarvan de eerste tabletten eindelijk gedegusteerd mogen worden.<\/p>\n

We kozen voor een fruitige, sterke en toch heel smeu\u00efge chocolade met cacaobonen geproduceerd in de peruviaanse Satipo en Ayacucho regios. Het is een blend van 70% Criolo en 30% Forastero en Trinitario bonen.<\/p>\n

Vanaf nu kwalificeert Nao zich dus als rechtstreeks importeur. De productie van de bonen tot chocolade vindt plaats in Peru teneinde de ontwikkeling van de lokale economie te ondersteunen en het eindproduct wordt in ons belgisch atelier gefabriceerd.<\/p>\n

Daarenboven, teneinde de producenten van biologische cacao in onze productiezones te ondersteunen, financierden we de aankoop van agrarisch materiaal voor 18 van hen met als doel om er nog 18 meer te steunen begin 2021.<\/p>\n
