{"id":7150,"date":"2021-12-14T17:30:50","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T16:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nao.bio\/?page_id=7150"},"modified":"2024-03-28T09:44:32","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T08:44:32","slug":"pourquoi-nos-tablettes-ont-change","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nao.bio\/en\/pourquoi-nos-tablettes-ont-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Pourquoi nos tablettes ont chang\u00e9 ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nao.bio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/chocolat-nao-e1639498956814.png\" alt=\"Nouvelles tablettes de chocolat Nao dans un bol en bois rempli de Cacao\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Au d\u00e9part, nous n\u2019avions qu\u2019un seul objectif ;<br \/>\nOffrir du bon chocolat belge, certifi\u00e9 bio et en vrac.<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est ainsi que l&#8217;aventure Nao a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 2016 et que nous avons investigu\u00e9 toutes les pistes afin d&#8217;offrir un chocolat Bio de qualit\u00e9, tout en veillant \u00e9galement \u00e0 s&#8217;assurer que les conditions de travail soient respect\u00e9es, ainsi que la juste r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de tous les acteurs de la cha\u00eene de production.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons tr\u00e8s vite compris que pour apporter un chocolat plus durable \u00e0 nos clients et avoir toutes les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions fondamentales, nous allions devoir ma\u00eetriser toute la fili\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est pour cela que nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er notre propre cha\u00eene de production. En collaboration avec l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Courtrai, Jan et St\u00e9phanie, ainsi qu&#8217;avec notre tout nouvel atelier de transformation de f\u00e8ves \u00e0 Anderlecht encadr\u00e9 par Julia et Joao.<\/p>\n<p>Pour notre approvisionnement, nous avons fait appel \u00e0 Katrien \u2013 chasseuse de f\u00e8ves &#8211; avec qui nous avons pu mettre en place un partenariat en direct avec un groupement de familles de cultivateurs \u00e0 Sao Tom\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au travers de ce dispositif, nos tablettes entament cet automne la transition vers du 100% tra\u00e7able, bean to bar et bio afin de pouvoir garantir \u00e0 nos producteurs une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de pr\u00e8s de 40% au-dessus des prix du march\u00e9 du cacao \u00e9quitable, avec un prix fixe toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, les mettant \u00e0 l\u2019abri des variations de cours.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, Sao Tom\u00e9, surnomm\u00e9e \u2018l\u2019\u00eele chocolat\u2019, est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses f\u00e8ves haut-de-gamme permettant ainsi de fournir \u00e0 nos clients un chocolat encore plus savoureux.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nao.bio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-12-09-at-16.48.34-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Deux femmes dans la production de chocolat Nao \u00e0 Sao Tom\u00e9\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quelques dates cl\u00e9s ?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>2015<\/strong>\u00a0: Cr\u00e9ation de l&#8217;entreprise\u00a0Nao<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017<\/strong>\u00a0: Lancement du vrac<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0Mise en place d\u2019une collaboration avec des producteurs de chocolat au P\u00e9rou\u00a0pour laquelle Nao a pris en charge le financement de modules de formation et achat de mat\u00e9riel agricole aux\u00a0producteurs.
